New Patient Exam Room

Prior to your initial examination in our office you and your family will receive a short office tour to show you our facility. The office tour is very important because this is the first step to the beginning of a long happy relationship with our office.

Our new patient exam room, shown here, is where you will end up after the tour. We will show you an interactive computer video that will describe in detail more about what we intend to accomplish at your first visit. Dr. Hubbard will give you a thorough exam and explain in detail the options of treatment.

Our goal is to completely inform you and your family of the best treatment options available. We will go into great detail about the costs and extent of your treatment. If you have any questions about anything, our position is to give you an answer so that prior to leaving you will be fully informed.

  
   

 

  
 

Sterilization Room

With the recent onslaught of communicable diseases within the past decade, such as AIDS, ARC, Hepatitis, and the recurrent upsurge of Tuberculosis, you and your families health and well-being are of utmost importance to us. We have a state of the art sterilization system that is second to none.

Our instruments are dry-heat and/or autoclave sterilized between every patient. Most of the supplemental items that we use are single-use/disposable items that are discarded after each use. We have an independent outside biological monitoring service that verifies our sterilization methods.

You can relax and rest assured that everything is clean/sterile in our office. We would never put something in your mouth that we wouldn't use on ourselves.

 
       
 

Operatory

We have six operatories in our office. Each operatory is fully equipped to do the same procedure from chair to chair. In accordance with our sterilization philosophy, each unit has its own clean water supply so that there can be no cross-contamination.

The operatories are equipped with chair side computers that allow us to chart and schedule in each operatory so that you don't have to get up and move around from place to place to get an appointment scheduled or get a chart. All patient entries and scheduling is done at the chair so you won't have to carry a chart with you around the office.

We are an entirely paperless office to streamline our patients treatment.  We have digital photographs as well as digital radiographs.  All of our charting and scheduling is computerized which makes us truly "state of the art".

  
 

 

Checkout


Checking out of our office has never been easier. Due to the complete computerization with all the operatories having the ability to chart and schedule chair side, there are no 'log-jams' at the front desk.

Once you have an appointment scheduled after being seen in the back, you merely have to pick up your appointment slip on the way out the door back to school or back to work.

Of course you can always stop to chat or say 'hi' or have a cup of coffee. No need to rush off.
